Turn the thermostat on or change it with a new one if malfunctioning.

Definitely, the vending appliance won't function if there is no energy. Thus, make sure that there is electricity. Check the electrical panel of the building if there is no power supply. See if there are tripped breakers and reset them, or replace blown fuses, whichever necessary.
